Prime Construction awarded a new contract with Barlinek Inwestycje Sp. z o. o.

The new factory will produce nickel and cobalt salts, which are key component to the production of batteries for electric vehicles for the European market.

On June 11, 2021 Prime Construction signed a PLN 67.3 million contract with Szczecińskie TBS for the revitalization and reconstruction of 'Kwartał no. 36' in the center of Szczecin.

At the beginning of 2021, Prime Construction starts construction of a retail park in Świnoujście for Mr. Zbigniew Grycan, well known in Poland as the creator of the "Grycan Lody od Pokoleń" brand. The facility will be located near the border crossing at Wojska Polskiego street in Świnoujście.

The existing two structural 72-meter cores of this skyscraper will be significantly rebuilt to meet the newest functional requirements, what makes project and construction operations extremely technically complicated.

Total area of shop with facilities will exceed 47.160 m2. Scope of contract covers also utilities, roads, parking areas and development of plot of total area of 73.050 m2.

The investor and developer of the project is White Stone Development from Warsaw.

In scope of contract Prime Construction will build two warehouses with office parts of a total area of 4,182m2.
