The Rockfon Cito 2 high-bay warehouse, together with an administra- tive building (comprising a porter's lodge and a car scale) of a total usable area of 7,100 m2 and a cubature of 87,800 m3, was erected as part of the contract. The entirety of accompanying infrastructure was also built, including a fire sprinkler system pumping station with a 680 m3 water tank conforming to the FM Global standards. Roads, maneuvering grounds, a district road exit and a grade crossing of a total area of 12,300 m2 were also built. The project was realized according to the contract stipulations of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
