‘GRYCAN’ RETAIL PARK RETAIL PARK WITH A GAS STATION

CONSTRUCTION OF A LARGE-FORMAT RETAIL AND SERVICE MALL WITH A GAS STATION AND LAND DEVE- LOPMENT OF THE SITE AT UL. WOJSKA POLSKIEGO 97 IN ŚWINOUJŚCIE.

The contract involved the construction of a modern Zbigniew Grycan retail and service park of a combined area of 7,426 square meters and volume of 78,389 cubic meters. The park consists of: 2 two-story retail and service buildings, a two-story office building, food facilities, a transformer station and a Shell gas station. After drafting a detailed design and working documents, the first stage of the investment involved demolition of the remains of the foundations of the buildings previously present on the site. The next stage involved full construction and fitting 80% of retail and service premises for such brands as: Castorama, Biedronka, Media Expert or Rossman. General construction, erecting walls and building roofs, composite wall panel elevation, outside furniture, finishing works and interior design were carried out based on the specs given by the lessees of the premises. The entire investment was fitted with interior electrical and sanitary installations, exterior electrical installations with traffic lights and sanitary installations together with a subterranean fire-water tank and an array of leaching boxes as part of the retail park’s storm water drainage system. The investment involved design and construction of a gas network along ul. Wojska Polskiego together with gas connections to all the buildings and premises of the retail park. Land development together with the necessary technical infrastructure, street furniture and planting were also carried out. Squares, roads, access roads, sidewalks and a parking lot of a combined area exceeding 10,200 square meters were built around the site.
