Prime Construction signed a construction contract for "Multi apartments building with an underground garage - SOWINSKIEGO #78 in Szczecin

The investor and developer of the project is White Stone Development from Warsaw. The planned construction time is 22 months. The newly built building will house 242 modern apartments, 6 service outlets and 249 parking spaces. The total usable area of the facility will be 19,842 m2, including an underground garage with an area exceeding 6,400 m2
