JAEGER PRODUCTION PLANT

As part of the investment, a production and warehouse hall was built in a two-span system, with a technological cooler and a paint shop with an individual mechanical ventilation system. The facility is equipped with the following installations: electrical, telecommunication, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and roof drainage in a vacuum system. In the industrial floor, a system of underground channels distributing cabling for technological devices was made. The administrative and office building with two above ground storeys and a reinforced concrete basement designed for locker rooms and social facilities was also built. A ventilated façade of fiberglass- cement panels with glazing by Aluprof was made. Also, infrastructure around the investment was built - roads, access roads, sidewalks and such external plumbing as: hydrant, water supply, rainwater, sanitary, gas and greenery watering. An external retention reservoir for rain water was also placed, and the investment area was fenced with a system of panels. The total surface of hardened pavements was 12,000 m2, and the volume of completed earthworks exceeded 61,300 m3.
