PUBLIC KINDERGARTENS IN SZCZECIN

The investment involved design and construction of two public kindergartens, along with the demolition of existing buildings while facilities were operational. A two-story building at ul. Unisławy with an area of 1,832 square meters was built, housing 10 areas for pupils with storage, sanitary facilities and a social and administrative section, as well as a kitchen with full sanitary, storage and preparation facilities. At ul. Franciszka Gila, a single-story kindergarten with an area of 1,781 square meters was built, housing 11 areas for pupils with storage and sanitary facilities, a social and administrative section, a kitchen with sanitary, storage and preparation facilities, a cold store, a gym and a changing room. Both kindergartens’ elevations were made using the Continuous Insulation system. The buildings were fitted with external and internal sanitary and electrical installations as well as a mechanical ventilation system and a telecommunication installation. The contract also included new SEC (Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna – Szczecin Heating Company) connections. The fence surrounding the area was replaced, and the area around the investment was developed with parking lots, maneuvering areas and access roads. Both facilities have also been equipped with new, equipped playgrounds and finished with safe surfaces (EPDM rubber). Both investments were completed in very short timeframes, and the works’ phase-by-phase execution allowed for the kindergartens’ uninterrupted operation.
