A new warehouse was designed and built with a two-storey production and office building with social facilities with a total area of 4,690 m2 for Garo Poland. The newly created facility will produce modern chargers for electric and hybrid cars. Before the construction, comprehensive design works were carried out - from developing the concept, to drawing up detailed executive designs together with obtaining a usage permit. The warehouse as well as the production and office building were built in precast concrete, including finishing works and delivery and assembly of a goods and passenger lift with a lifting capacity of 1.6 tonnes. A comprehensive sanitary installation included necessary connections and an external retention and evaporation tank as well as a flow regulator. Internal mechanical installations included installation of heating and ventilation equipment, installation of technological heating and mechanical ventilation with recuperation, air conditioning installation and technological installation of compressed air. Electrical installations included LED lighting, teletechnical installations of SAP fire protection, multimedia installations, a structured network cabling system (LAN), CCTV surveillance television, intrusion alarm system as well as access control and work time recording system. The total usable floor space of the investment is 4,489 m2, and the building's volume is 29,845 m3.
